Support Local Journalism

Join the Orlando Weekly Press Club community for as little as $5 per month.

Since its founding in 1990, Orlando Weekly has been dedicated to providing fearless, high-quality reporting on local issues to keep our community informed -- from uncovering corruption to discovering the culture that makes Orlando awesome. We have been Orlando’s independent voice for more than thirty years, in both good times and crises. As a free publication, we give freely to our audience, while our sales staff hustle to raise enough money to pay for the salaries and the machine that cranks out this river of content. Over the years, through disruption of social media and then the pandemic, local media has faced unprecedented challenges. But communities need quality, fact-based journalism to inform, provide accountability to power and aid in the democratic process. Think of all the things you wouldn’t know about, if there were no local news organizations! So, we have launched the Orlando Weekly Press Club, a community of our readers who believe in the necessity of local independent journalism and are willing to financially contribute to ensure its long-term survival.

Joining the Orlando Weekly Press Club is one way you can help, and in return receive a growing array of benefits and privileges. Your contributions help sustain our mission of providing our community with full access to our news and information online and in print.
